Before joining IceTime, Pavol built his career in senior commercial and management roles, working across ICT, automotive, technology and industrial businesses. His experience includes leading teams, developing commercial strategies and building long-term relationships with customers and partners across different markets. Today, Pavol brings this business and leadership background to IceTime, helping turn strong sports technology into sustainable commercial growth.
Growing IceTime Business
As CSO & Partner, Pavol leads business development and sales at IceTime, with a strong focus on customers, partnerships and international growth.
He works directly with sports clubs, coaches, federations and technology partners to understand their needs and identify where IceTime can bring real value to their everyday workflows. His role also includes developing new markets, expanding IceTime into additional sports and building long-term commercial relationships around the IceTime ecosystem. Working closely with the product and technology teams, Pavol helps connect customer feedback and market opportunities with the continued development of IceTime.
Beyond Business
Sport has been part of Pavol’s life since his youth, when he played handball.
Staying active remains an important part of his life today. He enjoys skiing and ski touring, cycling and spending time outdoors. For several years, golf was also one of his regular sporting activities. Sport provides a natural balance to his professional life and reflects many of the qualities he values in business – preparation, persistence and the motivation to keep improving. This long-standing connection to sport also gives Pavol a personal perspective on the environment in which IceTime operates and the people it is built for.
