Technology leader and entrepreneur combining more than 20 years of experience in technology and business with a passion for sports.
More than 20 years of experience in technology, digital transformation and building software products.
Before focusing on IceTime, Viktor spent many years in international IT leadership, including his role as Group IT Manager at Accace, working with technology solutions across multiple countries.
He was also one of the people behind TULIP, a cloud-based HR and business platform that grew from an internal technology project into an international solution used across more than 40 countries.
Today, Viktor combines this technology and business experience with his long-standing connection to sport through IceTime.
Building Technology for Modern Sports
In 2025, Viktor joined IceTime with a clear goal: to help transform strong sports technology into a professionally managed company ready for further growth and international expansion.
As CEO & Partner, Viktor focuses on the overall direction of IceTime, product strategy, partnerships and international business development. Today, the IceTime ecosystem provides tools for the complete sports video analysis workflow – from live tagging and video capture to detailed post-game analysis, presentations and instant feedback during games. Working directly with coaches, clubs and technology partners, Viktor helps connect the development of IceTime with the practical needs of modern sports.
Where Technology Meets the Game
Sport has always been more than a business area for Viktor.
His connection to ice hockey includes years spent around youth hockey, providing first-hand experience of how coaches and teams actually work and where technology can make their everyday work easier.
Outside the rink, running is another important part of Viktor’s life. He is a long-distance runner who has completed more than 25 marathons, as well as ultramarathon and trail events.
This combination of technology, business and real involvement in sport continues to shape the way Viktor approaches the development of IceTime – with a strong focus on practical solutions for coaches and teams.
Connecting Sports, Technology & People
Building sports technology is not only about software. It is also about understanding people, workflows and the environments in which the technology is used.
Viktor represents IceTime in discussions with clubs, federations, technology partners and sports organizations across Europe and internationally.
His work includes developing partnerships, introducing IceTime into new sports and markets, and working directly with coaches and analysts to understand how technology can better support their daily workflow.
He also represents IceTime at sports technology and business events, connecting practical experience from professional sports with technology and business development.
